NewsBirch Airfield Composting Services Target Golf CoursesBirch Airfield Composting Services (BACS) working with Remade East have recently targeted local golf courses to market there quality topdressing compost product too.
Samples of compost topdressing screened to <6mm have been sent to a number of golf courses within close proximity to BACS. BACS hopes that by providing a free sample of product the courses will be able to get a feel for the quality of the product. In trials carried out by ReMaDe Essex, compost has been shown to improve grass colour and vigour without leading to excessive grass growth.
